May I introduce: The Wormworld Saga Papertoy

Have you heard about the Wormworld Saga yet? If not, it’s time!

The Wormworld Saga is an Online Graphic Novel by Daniel Lieske that tells the story of Jonas Berg, a boy who gets roped into a fantastic adventure beyond his imagination.

Kennt ihr schon die Wormworld Saga? Wenn nicht, wird’s aber Zeit! 

Die Wormworld Saga ist ein Online Graphic Novel von Daniel Lieske, der die Geschichte von dem Jungen Jonas Berg erzählt, der in ein fantastisches Abenteuer hineingerät, wie er es sich nie hätte träumen können!

Yesterday the 4th chapter was launched and you can read all chapters online for free (in many different languages!). There is also a free app for tablet pcs. The app was funded by a kickstarter campaign in 2011, and now you can buy additional content for the app to support the project. But to secure the financial future of the project, this probably won’t be enough over the long run.

That’s why Daniel and his wife developed the Wormworld Saga Treasure Chest as a new kickstarter campaign. It contains a first lineup of different fan items for the backers of the project.

Gestern ist das vierte Kapitel erschienen und man kann alle Kapitel kostenlos online lesen. Ausserdem gibt es eine kostenlose App. Die App wurde durch eine Kickstarter Kampagne finanziert, und das Projekt wird u.a. durch zusätzliche Inhalte, die man für die App kaufen kann, von den Fans gestützt. Auf lange Sicht wird das aber wohl nicht reichen, um die finanzielle Zukuft des Projekts zu sichern. 

Deshalb haben Daniel und seine Frau ‚the Wormworld Saga Treasure Chest‚ entwickelt! In der Schatztruhe gibt es eine ganze Palette verschiedener Fan-Artikel, die man erhält wenn man das Projekt unterstützt.

And I’m proud to say that I did the design for the printable Jonas Papertoy that all backers will get as a reward! Yay! 

So all you have to do to get this nice paper version of Jonas is to pledge $1 or more on the campaign! But you should really take the time to read all 4 chapters before because when you’re finished you most likely will pledge a little more than $1! : )

There are also many other rewards (i.e. a cute plush, a poster, a wooden sword…) you can get by backing the campaign.

And the best part is: If they manage to go beyond the funding goal, we’ll start to add more characters and creatures to the PDF with every stretchgoal that they reach! So if you would like to see more Wormworld Saga Papertoys don’t hesitate and make your contribution to this wonderful project!

The images are so beautifully painted and the whole concept is so unique that it really deserves it!

Und ich bin stolz, verkünden zu dürfen, dass ich das Design für das Jonas Papertoy beigesteuert habe, das alle, die das Projekt unterstützen, bekommen! Jippie!

Alles, was ihr tun müsst, um das PDF zum Basteln zu bekommen, ist, einen Dollar oder mehr für das Projekt zu spenden. Aber bitte lest vorher alle vier Kapitel, denn danach werdet ihr ziemlich sicher etwas mehr als $1 spenden wollen! : )

Es gibt auch noch einige andere schöne Rewards, z.B. ein süßes Plüschtier, ein Poster, ein Holzschwert etc.., die man bekommt, wenn man das Projekt unterstützt.

Und das Beste ist: Wenn mehr Geld eingenommen wird als nötig ist, um das Projekt zu finanzieren, wird es nach und nach auch immer mehr Papertoys geben! Also, wenn ihr mehr Wormworld Saga Papertoys wollt, zögert nicht lange! und unterstützt dieses schöne Projekt!

Die Bilder sind so wunderschön gemalt und das gaze Konzept so einzigartig, dass es jede Unterstützung verdient!
